Long Distance Sales Contract

Our products are shipped from Turkey. The turnaround time is about 10 days. Dresses are shipped in 1-3 business days. If you confirm that you have chosen the right size by taking your child's measurements and looking at the size chart you will see at the end of the product pictures, it will be shipped the next day. If confirmation is not given, the item will be shipped on the last day of shipment.

Normally the delivery time is 3 to 5 working days worldwide.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any delay, loss or damage in shipment or customs formalities after we ship the item.

Are the dresses safe for children to play with?
All our dresses are made of certified fabrics produced by Turkish textile manufacturers. We strongly recommend that they be warned under parental supervision. Even the most innocuous-looking accessories can cause suffocation or injury.

Due to the nature of our costumes they are very comfortable for spinning or dancing but not for running or climbing :)

All of our dresses are made in a non-smoking environment and under hygienic conditions.

Will the dress cause itching or irritation on my child's skin?
The surface of the dress in contact with the skin is made of satin fabric. We carefully select the best quality fabrics. We have not received any complaints about our dresses.

Can I return my order?
Each suit is made to order which means all sales are final. PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO WRITE YOUR PHONE INFORMATION BEFORE ORDERING.

Since all our models are our own production, we have wholesale sales.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since the products are handmade on special occasions, returns are not accepted.
